Coach Brittany Hites consistently brings her best game on and off the court. To those who know Brittany, it may not be surprising to learn that she was a volleyball coach for 13 years. Some of the best coaches are passionate, adaptable, and committed. Brittany exhibits all these characteristics as a Department Supervisor at Joint Active Systems (JAS).

Ross Willman is a PTA with 10 years of experience in clinical practice and over 4 years of experience working directly for Joint Active Systems (JAS) as a Regional Manager, coordinating sales support and management.

Michelle Zerrusen has been a driving force for eight years as an Order Specialist in the Joint Active Systems (JAS) family. Her years of experience, knowledge, extreme organization and willingness to share these skills are a few of the reasons she is well respected and valued among her peers.

Several long-term JAS team members retired over the past couple of years. In preparation for the transition, Mel took time to absorb the knowledge our key staff had to offer before their departure. As the retirement celebrations came and went, Mel remained a steady resource the team could count on.

Kathy Kleinik has been solving JAS mysteries for the past 8 years. Technically, she works in the billing department, but she may as well be a Private Investigator due to her invaluable skill at revealing and resolving discrepancies and inconsistencies related to billing and claims.

Pam Reeder has been a part of the Joint Active Systems (JAS) family for 15 years. She spent the first 8 years of her career assembling devices in our manufacturing facility, where she gained knowledge of each device, their features, and how they work to improve patient quality of life.

Dan Willenborg has been a part of the JAS family for over 5 years. He does everything from maintaining and repairing shop equipment, building devices, changing light bulbs, and even assisting team members with jump-starting their vehicles.

This month the Employee Spotlight shines on Crystal Holmes, Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Crystal has been a JAS team member for four years.
