Introducing the new Glove feature on the Dynamic MCP

JAS is highly committed to quality and patient satisfaction. We host a weekly quality assurance meeting, including our Design Engineer, Licensed Orthotist/Prosthetist, Quality Assurance Director, Technical Support Team, and several others to review products and services, evaluate technical support call trends, and discuss further research and development opportunities.

Recently we received feedback about our MCP device. The suggestions for improvement were discussed at our weekly meeting, and the team quickly took action. We enhanced the traditional finger wrap by creating a glove with individual sleeves for the fingers. By linking the fingers together, we create a consolidated lever, ultimately creating a more effective stretch. The glove helps control and contain the fingers, which can be especially helpful when there is ulnar or radial deviation of the fingers.

We completed a photo shoot with improved product images and thoroughly reviewed and edited our fitting instructions to clarify how to use the device. We are also creating a fitting video for further instruction on using the MCP device.

We highly encourage JAS patients, providers, and distributors to let us know if they have concerns, questions, or comments about the JAS products. We take your feedback seriously and always strive for quality, patient satisfaction, and ultimately successful outcomes.
