How to Return a JAS Device

When you are ready to return a JAS rental unit, just follow these simple steps:

1. Call JAS at 1-800-879-0117 ext 4911.

JAS will stop billing for the JAS device once we receive your call.

2. Place the JAS Device in its original packaging.

Place the JAS Device in its original packaging or another suitable box. Secure package with tape and apply the FedEx Return Label that was originally supplied with your device.

Be aware that the JAS Sales Representative may have already placed the FedEx Return Label over the existing shipping label.

3. If you use the included FedEx label, please drop it off at an authorized FedEx Customer Counter.
