Just a quick note about my experience with two people who represent your company.
I had total knee replacement surgery at Kaiser Permanente and my surgeon said I needed one of your JAS braces to help in my rehab.
Shelly called to give me the info I needed to get started with the process and was very helpful.
Then I talked to Ed Montes who arranged to come to the house to measure me for the brace, explain things and most of all, answered all my questions.
When the brace arrived, he delivered it to make sure the fit was ok, how to put it on and how to use it. He couldn’t have been more helpful.

As one who is mid-therapy, so to speak, I would like to comment that the JAS elbow device is both comfortable and easy to use. I slip on the device, turn on the television, and, while keeping an eye on the clock, go through the stretching routine. Before I know it, I have completed the session. Not only is there no pain afterwards, but my elbow feels looser and more comfortable than before. I can "tell" it's working, even before any measurements are taken.

Our 100% disabled adult son came home from a lengthy hospital stay in a near fetal position. We started using your splint about a year and a half ago. The results are he now has a very good leg range of motion and we are able to stretch his legs out in bed. He still draws his legs up as a result of his condition, so we continue to use your splint daily. It has been a great help.

I am writing to express my enthusiasm over your JAS wrist device.
This past December I had routine carpel tunnel hand surgery which resulted in post-op complications causing my wrist to be locked in a painful and awkward position severely limiting my strength, flexibility and range of motion. You can well imagine that as a wife, mother, pre-school teacher, and avid scrap booker that this was both emotionally and physically devastating!!!
For six weeks following what I had anticipated to be routine hand surgery, I was unable to move or use my right wrist.
In mid February after visiting Dr. Thomas Graham, Chief of Hand Surgery at the Curtis Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, I was prescribed the JAS wrist device in a last effort to unlock and strengthen my wrist in preparation for extensive bone to bone fusion surgery to correct the misaligned bones in my wrist which had released during the carpel tunnel surgery.
I began using the JAS wrist device on February 24th and was absolutely amazed that each day [I] was making noticeable progress. I continued to see my hand therapist once a week and she was amazed that each visit resulted in dramatically improved flexion, strength and overall mobility.
In March, Dr. Graham was optimistic [JAS wrist device] may indeed prevent me from having involved and invasive bone fusion surgery.
In May, I returned to the original surgeon, Dr. Desai, and he was shocked that I had not had the involved bone Elision surgery to fix my locked wrist and sagging tendon. I showed him the JAS device and he said that he would start using it with future patients based on my progress.
Finally, on June 5th I returned to Dr. Graham for the final decision regarding my need for further surgery. Dr. Graham performed a second fluoroscopy which revealed that the previously misaligned and floating bones in my hand were practically back in their original locations.
He was speechless with my dramatic improvement and gave me a clean bill of health with no limitations ruling out hand surgery for me. What more could one ask for than such a positive and happy ending to my six month hand saga?
I applaud your JAS wrist device and credit it with rehabilitating my hand and, in doing so, preventing me from having unnecessary and involved hand surgery.

I cannot thank your company enough for the opportunity to use the JAS Elbow device as long as I needed it.
Jason, my Austin representative, and the customer rep who kept in touch with me by phone showed kindness, concern, and professionalism. This device has been the best supplementary method to gain movement and function in my elbow. Because of the combination of personal care from your staff and the availability of the device it has enabled me to go from nearly 30 degrees of fexion to close to 120.
Even when Workman's Comp insurance hedged with giving me a fifth month's coverage of the device, Jason kept me afloat, emotionally, by fighting for my ability to use the device a little longer and protect me from having to worry about it.
The elbow extension I received with the device returned, first. The flexion was not as easy to regain. The last few weeks served as a crucial time and your company came through and granted it. As a result, I am thrilled to say, I finally reached the maximum flexion I needed for the elbow with the device in only the past several days!
I nicknamed my device "The Bad Boy" because even with pain involved it helped release a lot of scar tissue. I never missed a day of use since my receipt of the device in early August. I firmly believe in this wonderful invention and if you ever need me to I would be more than willing to give a testimonial for how this device works.
My elbow was shattered at the ulna and humerus heads. My only hope of my arm being used again was Dr. Stephen Rose's surgical procedure. He used a piece of my right hip and shaped it into a humerus head and I essentially received a new elbow joint.
The traumatic injury and 7-1/4 hour surgical procedure made the recovery tentative. The JAS device (along with P.T. and daily exercises) brought me the ability to have a fully functioning arm that I thank God for and your company for!

I recently had to have knee surgery after taking a fall at work. I was going through physical therapy and having lots of pain. Then, my doctor prescribed the joint active system product. This is one of the best things that I have ever seen and used. It has allowed me to stretch my leg myself with only a fraction of the pain of physical therapy. This product allows the patient to be able to stretch at their own pace and to avoid a lot of the pain that someone else can induce on you to try to get the same result.
